Shipping
☆ Worldwide
COCONANA ships internationally! Every order (minus sticker orders) comes with tracked, standard shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the location.
☆ Pricing
I do not come up with the shipping prices, nor do I make notable profit from them. Pricing is based solely on the country you are shipping to.
☆ Timing
It typically takes me 5-10 business days to ship out orders, how long it takes to arrive after that will depend on the location.
☆ Sticker Mail
Stickers are the exception! All sticker-only orders come with untracked shipping and are free for domestic (US) order, just select UNTRACKED STICKER MAIL at checkout! Please remember that I will not know the whereabouts of your letter once it leaves my hands, so if that worries you please select TRACKED SHIPPING instead!
Care
☆ Important
Every COCONANA trinket and charm is designed and handmade by me! This means they can be rather delicate and may contain minor imperfections, like small bubbles in resin products.
☆ Warnings
- Treat handmade items with care, they are not indestructible
- Avoid pulling/tugging on products, getting them wet, and putting them through any other harsh conditions
- Do not attempt to eat charms or put them in your mouth, especially if they are made from resin
